How does the free trial work?
You get 5 scans free for 3 days, no card required. Add billing any time from your dashboard to keep going after the trial ends.
Why does the per-call rate get cheaper on higher plans?
Growth and Professional both include a lower effective cost per call than Starter, and a lower overage rate too — the more volume you commit to, the less each call costs you, both inside your cap and over it.
How does overage billing work?
Every plan includes a monthly call cap. If you go over, extra calls are billed at your plan's overage rate and show up as a line item on your next invoice — visible in your dashboard in real time, never a surprise.
What counts as an API call?
Any request to a metered endpoint: a body scan, a Virtual Try-On render, or a size lookup. Widget loads and dashboard usage don't count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
What's different about Enterprise?
