ZeDaq

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This is a working draft covering how ZeDaq for Business handles data today. It has not been reviewed by counsel — treat it as a starting point, not a final legal document, before going live commercially.

1. What we collect

When you create a ZeDaq for Business account we collect your corporate name, work email, and payment details (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers). We also log API usage: timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, and credit consumption, so we can bill accurately and help you debug integration issues.

2. Shopper data passing through your integration

When a shopper on your site uses the ZeDaq widget, their scan photo and measurements are processed to generate a size recommendation and Virtual Try-On render. Photos are used transiently for that generation and are not used to train models or shared with any third party beyond the AI providers required to produce the result (currently Google Vertex AI). Measurement data is stored against the shopper’s own ZeDaq consumer account, governed by our consumer privacy policy, not this one.

3. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and API key storage.
  • Stripe — subscription and metered usage billing.
  • Google Vertex AI — Virtual Try-On image generation.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

4. Data retention

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active plus the period required for tax and accounting compliance. API request logs are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion of your business account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your business account data at any time from your Settings, or by contacting us directly. If you operate in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights apply in full.
